BTW your photos are very good now. How did you solved your focusing problem?

I didn't solved the focusing problem. All my setting and equipment are the same. Still using MLU, IS doesn't help much in Panti. If you ask me.. its a bit of "weather machine". Do you believe rise of temperature can cause the equipment to mis-focus? If you look at Ingo thread under equipment talk, he also mention about this.

So you mean your setup works well in cooler Panti forest than the hot Punggol parks? Hmm Then I better stick wit my old 500mm that works well in all weather.. kakaka

There are some better shot of the Scarlet rumped Trogon taken last 2 weeks. Normally these birds will perch high up the trees, I am lucky to shot them on a low perch. Male Female
